Survey Responses : We share demographic informations provided by you through profiler page to our clients to match you with surveys which fits best for you. All responses you provide in connection with surveys and/or other services powered by third party must be governed by their own terms, conditions, legal notices and privacy policy, for which Surveys Wall have no responsibility.

Market Research Companies : The Personal Data that is processed may include but not limited to your personal & demographic information such as a unique identification name or number, e-mail address, age, gender, postal code, marital status, education, ethnicity/race (where permitted by applicable law), employment related information, non-personal identifiable information relating to household members and other similar information that are provided by you through the profiler page. The Third Party market research Companies may share your personal information and social-demographic information with their clients or vendors. All Survey Responses, personal information, and social-demographic information that we collect from you are associated with your username or unique id. If you are eligible for a survey opportunity, the Third Party market research Company will provide your username and a survey link to us and we will share such link with you through survey router available which you access from third party rewards website or survey panels. In connection with the sharing of your information with a third party market research company, your information may be transferred and stored outside of your country of residence, and by agreeing to this Privacy Policy you are agreeing to the processing and exportation of your personal information as set forth in this Section.

Additionally, we may share personal data and demographic information we collect from you with our clients or partners in connection with promotions like market research surveys opportunities, offered by our clients or partners for several purposes, including, without limitation, facilitating your participation in a survey(s), fraud detection and prevention, copyright infringement, data validation, incentive or reward fulfillment (if applicable), identifying respondents for re-contact surveys, or communications, database matching, data append, coding, data segmentation, and/or developing data insights regarding survey participants, but not for marketing purposes. Erasure of personal data (Opt-Out) is available upon request. You can place a personal information erasure request at any time by opening a Support Ticket or you may contact us at contact@surveyswall.com, and we will erase your personal information we have with us within 72 hours upon receipt of such request followed by a short verification process. You will receive an e-mail or reply to such support ticket as soon as your personal information is erased. As soon as your data is erased you will not be able to take participate in any surveys thereon.

If you make a request to access or delete your information (opt out), we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. Verification process includes, but is not limited to, Your Full Name, Date of Birth, E-mail Address, or other basic personal information about you that we already have on file. Successful verification is must in order to Access to or Erasure of Personal Data we have with us.
